spiritual well being

Well Being 
1) What is spiritual well being ? 
Spiritual well being means that you have spirit in you and you family and what you believe in.

2) How should we care for our well being ?
By taking a shower every day washing your hands after and before you eat tea and Wash your hands after you go to the toilet.

3) What dose wairua and how is it different to Maori ?
wairua  means spirit  

4) Why are wairua and Maori important to well being ?
spirit is importent to well being because you need to have spirit 
in what you believe in.

The first start of the book was when a panther found a little man-cub crying left on an abandoned boat in a basket how to grow up with a wolf pack and they were so happy till the man-cub turn 10 he had to go on a long borning trip but the man-cub always turn it upside down and made everything fun again and the man-cub when walking with the elephant and met a bear and they went to a river and swim for awhile the same monkeys came along and toke the man-cub where the monkeys home was and then the man-cub ran away and went for a big walk to found the man village and he did.

Dear Jacinda 

I would like the 
Jacinda Ardern to do something about the school uniform I hope that we don't have school uniform because it cost a lot of money and all so I can rip easily or worn out and don't fit us then we will spend more money of school uniform instead of food and clothes to make us live and money does not grow on trees

DAY 3: TEAM PLAYERS

Activity 3: Achieving our Dreams

My mum's dream job was a chef and she achieved it but I had no one to do so I did my mum and this is how I would have helped here getting there
I would of...
  • 1-Buyed a big box of books to study so she can cook really well.
  • 2-Saying to her that she can do it and get there in the end.
  • 3-Making sure that she has done an awesome job keep it up.
  • 4-Keep asking to make something really hard and have good presenting.
  • 5-Hoping that she cleans the dirty dishes when finished and keep on tell her do keep the kitchen tidy.
  • 6-Giving her feedback and feedforward on her cooking.

A time in my life that I was brave was this year at kapa haka I had to stand up in front of heaps of people Reco and me had a speech we had to say but when we got to the sining part it was a bit fine I thought that we were at school so it was not that scary than when we finished we had to go back to our parents and i had tea there for tea I had burger king it was yummy
